Six current-owner public keys recovered and verified offline from a public executed Safe transaction. DEFAULT_ADMIN can establish the manager/withdrawer permissions needed to transfer received ETH. A second admin is a timelock, but the separately authorized Safe path is sufficient. Current withdrawer is 0x1766be66fbb0a1883d41b4cfb0a533c5249d3b82. Older intermediate browser snapshots contained stale results; use the final named evidence. Only the reviewed asset allocation enters ETH at risk; controller observations are later than the 19 October balances. This is quantum-risk exposure, not a demonstrated immediate withdrawal.
